4. Documentation of planning, coaching, evaluating success, and giving detail knowledge of employee success, achievements, improvements make the process of employee management more focused.

The branch of science dealing with performance management is called CPM- corporate performance management. This managing approach is applied to bring in integrated and effective methods of improvements within the organization. This efficient and effective improvement strategy of performance will increase the output and other areas as well.

While implementing the methods of performance management, you must take note of certain things which are very important for the success of the PM. Before planning for a performance management, you should take into consideration the following facts:

How much the employees understand their performance statistics compared to the goal stated?
